Excellent service that you always hope for but rarely get. I cannot speak highly enough of Northants Boiler Specialists and Mehran. 0n Friday 22 December, just before Christmas 2023, our 17year old boiler failed with multiple errors. Mehran bought a new boiler and delivered it to us before the Parts supplier closed for Christmas. On Saturday 23 December, Mehran and his colleague installed a new Vaillant boiler and I received the Vaillant 10-year guarantee and conformance with Building regulations certificate on Christmas Eve. Mehran tidied up carefully and even did an excellent job cutting the old wooden coverings of the pipes, to accommodate the new installation. He undertook many tests throughout the day and bled all the radiators. Mehran was very pleasant and an easy person to have working in the house. He covered the carpets in the hall way. This was really first-class service and a very timely response just before Christmas.

💯 recommend Northants Boiler Specialists Ltd. should you ever find yourself in a bind. I called after 8pm on a Friday night, and the gentleman still came at 10:45pm after driving 45 min. from another job. My boiler was back up and running before midnight. Thank you again!!
